Working from Home- fabulous stationery items

During the pandemic most of us had been forced to or willingly working from home, and it seems that is the only thing we do: Work.
That is mainly because we are lacking moments of leisure. As far as possible it is good that we look for positive reinforcers. Emotional exhaustion gets to us because we lack activities that generate well-being.
You don’t have to go to work, but you still got to work!  With the right tools we can all work from home and enjoy it!  Find an escape from the daily routine while working with friendly items.

Having our surroundings organized is a way of keeping our head clear.  Here is a special selection of working-from-home must-haves:

First tip: Choose items that you absolutely love and that will help you achieve your goals.

1. Notebook

Even if you do most of your work online, a notebook is indispensable.  This one’s pretty simple. You can decide the size of the notebook depending on the size of your writing, the kind of information you are writing in it and of course if you are keeping it over your desk or you want to carry it around all day.

Equip yourself with a desk or list pad to jot down any idea. Planners and organizers are a necessity to help you stay focused and efficient

2. Pen Pot or Pencil Case

Work from home for a day and suddenly you’re running all over the house gathering those pens you’ve never paid special attention to. If you do own your special pen, hold on to it.  If you use any pen you have close by, hold on to it too. Chances are you’re going to lose them fast if you don’t have somewhere safe to store them. You’ll thank us when you can actually take notes during that call with your client or your boss.

3. Not only useful, but Beautiful Pens

Have you ever experience the luxury of a nice pen gliding on paper?  Treat yourself to a pretty-yet-practical pen.  Gel Pens are our favorite.

4. Filing

Working from home mean will need some form of filing system if you want to avoid turning up to a meeting in the office with your phone bill. You must not let your filing fall by the wayside. Either a tray, a filing folder, a ring binder, a magazine rack, get one immediately.

And if you have a lot of temporary knick-knacks you really do not know where to put.  You can try a basket like this one.

5. Storage

If you don’t have an office, or even just a desk, where do you put your working bits and bobs come 5:00pm?At the end of a normal working day, you can just shut down your computer and make a beeline for the exit. But, when you work from home, keeping your professional and personal lives separate is essential.

Furniture is not always the best option if we have a reduced space, so storage boxes are perfect for packing away your laptop, charger and notebook, while your stationery stash will find a happy home in the form of a set of desk drawers. Out of sight, out of mind, remember?

When you work from home, your self-discipline can become a little slack. Plus, without your usual meetings, chats with colleagues, and general workplace routine, it’s easy to lose track of your priorities and things you need to get done.  Help yourself by writing down your to-do's, meeting notes and by keeping yourself and your desk organized.
