Do you consider yourself an Introvert?
An Introvert is a person who is, among many things, energized by spending time alone. Contrary to popular belief, not all introverts are shy. They just need some solitude to "recharge" afterwards. Social interactions might exhaust you, but that doesn't mean that you do not like to meet new people or having interesting conversations. Journaling is a way for to resolve that conflict.
Introverts may appear quiet to strangers, but their heads are filled with thoughts, opinions, and memories from years past. Journaling can be a great way to vent and find a safe place for your thoughts that other people are not able to understand.
The best of it is that there is no social interaction!
When someone starts journaling, he or she will be able to pen any difficult emotions like guilt, helplessness, and sadness even if they don’t even know what is that at the beginning. The simple act of writing them down helps understand feelings and make sense of the different thoughts running through anyone's head.
On those blank pages of your notebook, you’re allowed to be completely honest about what you’re thinking. You don’t have to hide anything.Benefits:
- You will become more creative
- You will find healthier ways to cope
- You will be kinder to yourself
Here are some prompts:

- How have you been dealing with this current crisis?
- What people or things have helped you get through it?
- What are some things that bring a smile to your face?
